• Lead customers through transformational change by driving data and analytics strategies. • Collaborate with customer leaders to understand business challenges and design future states. • Contribute to Data and Analytics Consulting practice and customer service delivery. • Plan and deliver on data and analytics initiatives with teams. • Grow as a leader alongside senior consultants providing mentorship and support. • Contribute to the firm's growth as an employee-owner.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading or participating in data and analytics projects. • Solved complex business problems with actionable business ideas. • Developed and implemented data and analytics solutions. • Proven proficiency in quantitative analysis, visualization, and modeling using statistical packages. • Demonstrated ability to import, clean, and model data for clear decision making. • Experience with customers to lead high priority initiatives. • Earned BA or BS with a preference for a quantitative undergraduate degree. • Available to travel up to 50%.
