📋 Description

• Review and label clinical data for alignment and agreement • Assist with subject matter expert evaluation of annotations • Evaluate model results and complete complex human-data-intensive tasks accurately and on time • Provide PointClickCare subject matter expertise, including clinician-documented EHR workflows • Resolve disputes and discrepancies among clinical subject matter experts regarding clinically labeled data • Interact with research, product, and other stakeholders to support requirements discovery • Educate technical and non-technical audiences about complex clinical aspects of AI solutions • Advocate for the quality and clinical accuracy of AI solutions • Collaborate with senior model development researchers, Product Leaders, and AI UXR/UXD researchers

🎯 Requirements

• RN or NP degree and valid current license • 7+ years of nursing experience • LTPAC and management experience preferred • Healthcare informatics knowledge or equivalent technical skills/background • Strong understanding of AI phenomena including hallucinations and omissions, plus LLM, NLP, and ML terminology • Experience using PointClickCare products • Experience using data labeling software • Ability to perform extensive computer-based data manipulation for extended periods • Understanding of statistical measures supporting interannotator agreement • Ability to quickly master new software, concepts, technologies, and systems • Ability to review nuanced clinical concepts and differentiate them into categories • Ability to engage SMEs and drive consensus across specialties and expertise levels • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
