📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for potential new on-site employees. • You are responsible for selecting on-site staff and conducting initial interviews. • You handle the onboarding and training of new employees and ensure a warm, welcoming introduction. • You are available to our RANDOs during recruitment and onboarding. • You assist with administrative tasks and employee support. • You help maintain job boards and identify and develop new recruiting channels.
