📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders • Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process with speed and professionalism • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive an efficient hiring process • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy • Track recruiting metrics and support reporting on pipeline health and hiring progress • Support candidate sourcing initiatives and outbound recruiting campaigns when needed • Facilitate offer logistics and pre-onboarding coordination • Improve recruiting workflows, documentation, and operational processes as the company scales • Help deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from application through offer • Support recruiting projects, employer branding initiatives, and talent programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced startup environments • Excellent communication and English language skills (written and verbal) • Experience scheduling complex interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment • Experience working with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, or similar) • Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools • Ability to work in US Pacific Time, Monday through Friday • BONUS: Exposure to technical recruiting (engineering, product, data, AI/ML roles)
