📋 Description

• Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables • Build clear roadmaps and milestones to align teams and priorities • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, research, operations, and GTM) to ensure smooth execution • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment • Understand and translate business objectives into clear technical requirements • Evaluate technical feasibility, identify tradeoffs, contribute to architectural decisions, and lead technical discussions • Uphold engineering quality standards and best practices • Act as the connective tissue between teams and functions, managing expectations and keeping stakeholders informed and aligned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering background (software, systems, or a related field), with the ability to engage deeply in technical discussions • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs from definition to launch—ideally in AI, ML, or other technically-demanding domains • Understanding of modern AI/ML concepts and development workflows; experience coordinating research-to-production lifecycles is a plus • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and shifting priorities; thrives in a high-growth, early-stage environment • Skilled at structuring processes without over-engineering them, balancing speed with quality • Exceptional ability to tailor communication across audiences—from engineers to executives to external partners • Ability to build trust and alignment across teams, driving consensus without formal authority • Experience in developer tools, distributed systems, or large-scale infrastructure; exposure to open-source ecosystems
