📋 Description

• We are looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy video creator to join our fast-paced team and help us produce high-performing promotional and influencer videos for our clients. • This role is for someone who is excited about leveraging generative AI tools (like Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Captions.ai, Creatify, APOB, Sora, etc.) to create virtual influencer videos. • You must have an instinct for social media storytelling—especially TikTok—and understand what kinds of videos convert. • You’re obsessed with hooks, retention, and optimizing every second of content. • You produce content that drives brand performance. • As a fully remote company, all of our team members must be able to take full responsibility for their roles and sphere of influence.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in short-form video editing for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools in your editing workflow (Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.) • You must have a portfolio, or at least 3 sample videos, that showcase your editing and AI-assisted video creation • Strong portfolio of social-first video content with measurable engagement results • You understand native TikTok storytelling (first 3 seconds, watch time, captions, memes, etc.) • Comfort working independently and managing your own deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Bonus if you’ve worked with influencer or UGC content
