📋 Description

• Lead the Thames Valley area of approximately 23 dental practices • Deliver sustainable business growth and the highest standards of patient care • Manage the area's financial performance, maximising revenue and EBITDA • Provide effective leadership to Practice Managers and their teams • Drive strong operational execution and rigorous cost control • Partner with Clinical leaders and regionally aligned colleagues • Drive performance across all practices • Ensure exceptional patient outcomes and patient experiences • Support high colleague engagement and operational excellence • Achieve financial and strategic objectives • Travel regularly to practices across the Thames Valley area

🎯 Requirements

• Multi-site leadership experience in a customer-facing, commercial environment • Strong P&L management background • Ability to understand and interpret data, using it to make decisions and drive results • Experience motivating and inspiring remote teams • Collaborative working with business partners • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively • Confidence and gravitas to lead, influence and engage with stakeholders • Adaptability and flexibility in managing changing priorities
