• Lead the Thames Valley area of approximately 23 dental practices • Deliver sustainable business growth and maintain the highest standards of patient care • Own the area's financial performance • Maximise revenue and EBITDA through strong operational execution • Lead Practice Managers and their teams • Apply rigorous cost control • Work in partnership with Clinical leaders and regionally aligned colleagues • Drive performance across all practices • Ensure exceptional patient outcomes and outstanding patient experiences • Improve colleague engagement and operational excellence • Deliver financial and strategic objectives • Monitor EBITDA, revenue, practice-related KPIs, colleague engagement, and compliance and regulatory requirements
• Multi-site leadership experience in a customer-facing, commercial environment • Strong P&L management background • Ability to understand and interpret data, use it to make decisions, and drive results • Team leadership experience, including motivating and inspiring remote teams • Collaborative working with business partners and respect for expert advice • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively • Confidence and gravitas to lead, influence, and engage stakeholders • Adaptability and flexibility when managing changing priorities
