📋 Description

• Design engaging, creative and effective digital learning solutions using Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond and Articulate Storyline/Rise • Partner with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to create learning initiatives aligned with business goals • Collect learner feedback to evaluate success and continuously enhance learning offerings • Promote and market learning initiatives through internal communication channels • Ensure materials follow brand guidelines and reflect core values • Stay up to date with digital and instructional design trends • Create learning journeys in the LMS, assign them to user groups, and report on engagement and completion • Use LMS data and analytics to identify skill gaps and opportunities for new learning initiatives • Customize programs to support evolving business and employee development needs • Administer Rise Up, the learning management system

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills in user experience and graphic design • Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for video editing and animation • Extensive experience in instructional design and applying this to creation and delivery of materials • Digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise • Excellent organisational and project management skills • Ability to oversee multiple learning initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality program delivery • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts • Scriptwriting and voiceover creation • Administration of learning experience platforms (LXP/LMS) • Data analysis and problem solving • Previous videography experience is desired • Experience using Vyond for character animation is desired • Experience using Camtasia for screen capture is desired • Knowledge of AI tools to enhance planning, creation and analysis is desired
