📋 Description

• Lead large, complex, or high-visibility client implementations end-to-end, defining strategy, sequencing, and execution approach • Anticipate risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans • Ensure alignment across client and internal stakeholders, partnering with technical, product, and client success teams • Influence implementation decisions and tradeoffs and serve as an escalation point for complex challenges • Design and refine solution approaches with technical teams, including nuanced configurations and edge cases • Improve operating procedures and lead test case development before customer handoff • Develop and update documentation quality and standards across projects • Ensure implementations meet banking-specific operational, compliance, and user experience needs • Advise clients on best practices • Mentor and support other Implementation Managers • Drive improvements to implementation processes, tooling, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• PMP certification and/or MBA strongly preferred • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, client-facing projects • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with APIs, integrations, and system configurations • Experience with conversational AI, IVR, or contact center technology is a plus • Prior experience with financial institutions, especially credit unions and community banks, strongly preferred • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
