• Order Cycle Management: Manage, monitor and ensure the smooth flow of the entire order process (from entry to invoicing/delivery), actively working to resolve backlogs and outstanding issues in collaboration with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain; • Key Account Support: Act as the focal point for specialized service to major accounts and distributors, interfacing to resolve complex problems, provide information (products, lead times, pricing) and participate in operational/strategic meetings with clients; • Analysis and Optimization: Anticipate and resolve billing issues (rejections/returns), monitor contract compliance, ensure documentation is audit-ready and analyze current processes to propose improvements in efficiency, control and quality for both internal teams and the customer.
• Advanced English (daily communication with clients and global internal teams) – required. • Previous experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Order Management or related areas. • Knowledge of the complete order-to-cash cycle. • Ability to handle multiple demands, a sense of urgency and a strong problem-solving focus. • Good communication, organizational and analytical skills. • Intermediate/advanced Spanish will be considered a plus. • Experience with large distributors or strategic accounts will be considered a plus. • Experience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle or similar) will be considered a plus. • Experience supporting LATAM markets will be considered a plus.
