• Você será responsável por garantir o pleno funcionamento da plataforma Salesforce e otimizar processos internos. • Administrar a plataforma: Gerenciar usuários, personalizar campos, objetos e layouts. • Apoiar usuários: Oferecer suporte técnico e treinamentos. • Automatizar processos: Criar fluxos de trabalho com Flow Builder para maior eficiência. • Criar relatórios e dashboards: Desenvolver análises para suporte às decisões do negócio. • Propor soluções: Avaliar necessidades e configurar a plataforma de forma estratégica.
🎯 Requirements
• Certificação oficial Salesforce e experiência prática comprovada. • Domínio da Administração da plataforma (usuários, perfis, campos, objetos e layouts). • Experiência com Automação com Flow Builder. • Proficiência na criação de relatórios e dashboards. • Conhecimento das nuvens Sales Cloud e Service Cloud. • Noções de integração com outros sistemas. • Ensino superior completo (Pós-graduação será um diferencial).
