📋 Description

• Work closely with internal teams, clients, and developers to gather requirements. • Perform gap analyses and define integration approaches. • Ensure successful delivery of payment solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and management to define and document end-user requirements and specifications. • Analyze and evaluate system requirements on a continuous basis. • Conduct discovery sessions to understand the customer’s current payment process, solution, or platform. • Perform gap analysis between client needs and existing product functionality. • Write detailed business requirements and ensure clear handoff to development teams. • Partner with developers and QA to define optimized system integrations. • Support payments certification processes with acquirers, issuers, and card schemes. • Translate complex data into actionable insights and visualizations for internal and external teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments domain. • Advanced knowledge of ISO 8583 message formats and flows. • Deep understanding of card scheme processes, certification workflows, and back-office banking operations. • High proficiency in business requirement documentation. • Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and English (professional working proficiency required). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Strong customer service mindset. • Familiarity with data visualization tools and translating insights into business actions.
