⢠Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions to offer solutions to client issues. ⢠Prepare and lead discovery workshops to collect requirements and understand business challenges while maintaining responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products. ⢠Translate business needs into compelling and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria by collaborating closely with clients. ⢠Lead and coordinate build activities throughout the project, whilst keeping the client and project stakeholders updated on progress. ⢠Recommend best practice activities for the consumer goods industry. ⢠Lead and coordinate QA and UAT activities. ⢠Stay up-to-date on the latest innovations, trends, and developments around Salesforce to provide the most cutting-edge solutions to clients. ⢠Develop your skills through Salesforce training courses and mentoring and mentor other resources. ⢠Conduct relevant research, analyse data, and continuously create reports to improve your proficiency. ⢠Lead in internal initiatives and innovation tasks. ⢠Participate in pre-sales activities.
⢠Minimum of 4 years of experience in the consulting industry. ⢠At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce projects delivering and/or leading implementations ⢠Minimum of 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution projects ⢠Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 4 years. ⢠Experience in pre-sales activities is a must. ⢠Past experience in leading IT projects is a must. ⢠Salesforce certifications are a must. ⢠Hands on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, process builder, flows. ⢠Hands-on experience with the enhanced data model of CG Cloud is preferred. ⢠Understanding of the REX Offline application is a benefit. ⢠Experience with process re-engineering and handling of client expectations. ⢠Experience with project management and change management are a benefit. ⢠Proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving. ⢠Capable of working in a remote team. ⢠English language skill is a must. ⢠Language skills in are considered a benefit, German or Spanish is a benefit ⢠Nice to Have: Experience designing solutions for consumer goods or retail systems; Knowledge of enterprise-level platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle); Familiarity with data governance and scalability design patterns; Strong background in integration frameworks and middleware; Additional Salesforce certifications (Associate or Administrator certification or platform app builder, Business Analyst, Sales & Service Cloud)
