📋 Description

• The Optima Solutions Site Manager leads PPG operations at client sites. • Oversees site activities and team performance. • Responsible for managing technical services at BYD Indonesia and plants in Southeast Asia. • Communicates between customer and PPG for project launch and coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of technical service experience for Pretreatment, Ecoat and Topcoat with minimum 3 years in team management roles. • Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field. • Mandarin, English and Indonesia language proficiency required. • Experience with automotive or related business.
