📋 Description

• Support payroll operations and system integrations within SAP SuccessFactors to ensure seamless data flow and payroll accuracy. • Provide technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including issue resolution, configuration, and testing. • Review, modify, and update existing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configurations. • Configure payroll rules, wage types, pay components, and deduction models. • Manage annual compensation updates, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and salary adjustments. • Support performance review cycles and ensure alignment with payroll processes. • Onboard and configure new payroll vendors within the system. • Manage and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems (e.g., finance, time tracking, benefits). • Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar). • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements. • Document technical processes, configurations, and integration flows and maintain detailed documentation of changes. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams and support audit and compliance activities. • Provide end-user support and training as needed. • Ensure payroll configurations comply with local and international regulations (e.g., GDPR). • Reports to Director, Software Support - Technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Payroll and Integrations. • Experience with SAP BTP. • SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Certification a plus. • Strong understanding of SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. • Experience with integration platforms such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, or similar. • Familiarity with payroll regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment. • Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus. • Experience with SAP HCM or other payroll systems (preferred). • Knowledge of API management and data transformation tools (preferred). • Project management or agile methodology experience (preferred). • Experience supporting multi-country payroll environments (preferred).
