📋 Description

• Actively participate in and contribute to the senior leadership of the business including setting business strategy • Collaborate across multiple business units on business strategy and execution • Provide leadership and direction as part of the core Evidence Generation and overall HEOR leadership team • Coordinate prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery for VDEM projects • Contribute to business growth within existing HEOR services and expansion of HEOR-related service lines • Achieve revenue and sales targets through direct client engagement • Build new business opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships with clients • Manage multiple assigned accounts simultaneously and related revenue • Identify, develop and retain talent both inside and outside of the existing VDEM team • Coach, mentor, and develop VDEM staff including overseeing new-employee onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience, at least four in a consulting environment • Postgraduate degree - PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred; Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research with relevant experiences considered • Strong knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry and payer-evidence requirements • Proven record of leadership experience in high-impact HEOR publications, business development, consulting, and/or leadership • Expert review and interpretation of data outputs and results, and develop/deliver publications and/or presentations • Experience with development of pharmacoeconomic models, with specific understanding of value-demonstration modeling • Strong strategic and technical writing skills • Knowledge of the interconnectedness of the variety of commercialization services that a life sciences company needs to successfully launch a project
