📋 Description

• Lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across assay development, clinical testing, biorepository/sample management and logistics, and kitting for client studies • Manage designated protocols and overall project performance and client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles • Lead project planning, execution, risk management, communication, stakeholder management, scope control, and cost control • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, forecasts, and resource plans • Coordinate development and implementation of new and ongoing studies • Maintain daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities and delegate responsibilities • Communicate with clients, collaborators, and vendors regarding data management, inventory control, and shipping procedures • Prepare and present project information, reports, and correspondence at internal and external meetings • Track project metrics, revenue objectives, expenses, client billing, budgets, and variances • Identify out-of-scope work, escalate action plans, and resolve operational issues • Review and update project documentation to approvable status • Assess and mitigate technical, project, and business risks • Ensure work complies with design and performance standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations • Monitor assignments and adjust priorities and schedules to meet deadlines and deliverables • Provide internal project management consulting and mentor junior Project Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, such as engineering • Experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories at a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech company • Excellent listening and communication skills • Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills • Exceptional emotional intelligence • Strong understanding of project management and data analysis • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional research and reporting skills • Exceptional judgment and discretion • Able to read, write, fluently speak, and comprehend English • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays, approximately 10–25% • Extended work hours may be necessary to meet business demands
