📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a diverse, global team across multiple regions, fostering collaboration and cultural awareness • Drive strategic initiatives that support global scalability and operational efficiency • Provide direct line management for team members, including performance reviews, coaching, and career development planning • Provide on-the-ground support for the BD team inclusive of tasks such as RFI completion, CDA coordination etc, BDM logistic completion • Manages the tracking and management of all Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activity in Salesforce; manages the maintenance of all Accounts, Opportunity, Contact and Lead records in these systems for Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences Opportunities • Oversee all Clinical and Translational pipeline review calls, opportunity triage calls, business review calls, and adhoc calls from attendance through meeting minute provision and any associated follow up tasks. • Oversee process optimization, reporting, and compliance across all business development operations. • Partners with the Business Development team on meeting/ event planning and management of travel to trade shows and other events as appropriate • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience supporting sales teams in an operations or enablement capacity. • Proven track record of leading global teams, including remote and cross-cultural management. • Strong leadership skills with experience in line management, mentoring, and team development. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
