📋 Description

• Collaborate within a team of Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems • Perform billable client work and lead or manage significant workstreams or projects • Determine client needs based on engagement statements of work, client interviews, analytical methods, and project objectives • Lead, guide, complete, interpret, and quality-assure data analyses • Form conclusions, recommendations, and solutions for client consideration • Develop client presentations and deliverables communicating strategy and outcomes • Assist clients with implementing recommended improvements and desired changes • Manage project plans, budgets, expenses, profitability, economics, administration, logistics, risks, and issues • Manage, mentor, and educate staff assigned to projects • Build strong, referenceable client relationships • Participate in Advisory Services practice development and service-line activities • Learn Premier technologies and services • Identify market opportunities and communicate potential leads • Contribute to sales presentation deliverables and identify profitability improvements • Complete required annual training

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience in health systems finance, clinical/support/operations, operational or strategic consulting, strategic planning, or decision-support analytics • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses and oversee and mentor others in producing client deliverables • Ability to relate effectively and collaboratively to clients and team members • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in a business environment with peers and interruptions • Willingness and ability to travel 61-80% within the US
