📋 Description

• Own core product strategy and drive execution across PreVeil's encrypted email and file-sharing product portfolio • Define and own the product roadmap, set direction, prioritize resources, and align teams around priorities • Evaluate competing approaches, articulate tradeoffs, and make rigorous product decisions • Operate strategically and tactically, thinking in years and executing in weeks • Investigate customer feedback and product problems to identify root causes and underlying needs • Build direct customer relationships and bring user insight into product decisions • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities • Connect customer, market, product, engineering, and business signals into coherent product strategy • Design solutions considering product architecture and second-order effects • Drive initiatives from discovery through launch using MVPs and iterative delivery • Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and company leadership • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams without formal authority • Write clear product specifications and communicate technical and strategic topics to varied audiences • Use AI-assisted tools to research, synthesize information, prototype ideas, and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning products end-to-end — strategy through launch through business outcomes • Enterprise B2B SaaS, collaboration or productivity software experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customers and translate that understanding into product decisions • Strong product instincts and ability to explain product judgments • First principles thinking and root-cause analysis • Systems thinking across products, users, engineering, and business • Growth mindset, genuine curiosity, and openness to feedback • Exceptional written and verbal communication • High-execution, reliable product management • Ability to lead and motivate without formal authority • Collaborative, low-ego, maker-first approach; ability to thrive in a small team and take direction well • Technical degree (or demonstrated strong technical fluency based on work experience) • Strong technical fluency in APIs, system architecture, and technical tradeoffs • Familiarity with enterprise software admin and end-user personas • Ability to use quantitative metrics and qualitative research • Ability to prototype ideas quickly using AI-assisted tools or similar • Active use of AI for research synthesis, written artifacts, prioritization analysis, and process efficiency • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a strong bias for action
