📋 Description

• Support the operational delivery of Preventx’s sexual health nursing services • Strengthen the clinical operating model • Improve workforce planning, capacity management and productivity • Support service growth and transition • Review operating models and implement improvements to productivity, resilience and service performance • Establish practical processes, reporting, controls and clear operational ownership • Use operational and performance data to identify issues and inform decisions • Manage risks, dependencies and competing priorities • Work across Clinical, Operations and other multidisciplinary teams • Deliver tangible operational outcomes within a short-term assignment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong operational leadership and service improvement experience, ideally within healthcare, clinical services or another regulated environment • Experience of workforce planning, capacity management and improving productivity • Track record of supporting service mobilisation, transition or operational change • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to inform operational decisions • Excellent stakeholder management and confidence working across Clinical, Operations and other teams • Hands-on, pragmatic approach with ability to work independently and deliver at pace • Significant operational leadership, service delivery or operational improvement experience • Demonstrable experience of workforce planning, capacity management and resource optimisation • Experience reviewing operating models and implementing improvements to productivity, resilience and service performance • Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills, managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders • Ability to establish practical processes, reporting, controls and clear operational ownership • Ability to work independently, quickly establish priorities and deliver tangible outcomes within a short-term assignment • Experience within healthcare, clinical services or another regulated service environment • Experience working with nursing or other clinical workforce models • Experience within sexual health, community healthcare or diagnostic services • Experience of subcontractor mobilisation, outsourcing or transferring services between providers • Understanding of clinical governance and operational requirements associated with safe, effective clinical service delivery • Experience developing operational KPIs, dashboards or management information • Experience supporting service growth, restructuring or transformation • Relevant qualification in operations, healthcare management, project/change management or continuous improvement, such as Lean, Six Sigma or PRINCE2 (desirable)
