📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Lead on product shaping (estimations, concerns) based on company goals and targets • Proactive help with incidents: Hot fixing, downtime prevention • Shape projects based on developer best practices. • Research, read up, experiment, educate with new ideas / research that could help Prezly in the future • Refactoring projects • Proactive and reactive bug fixing • Figure out the best way to implement the project on time, within scope • Work with Design to get to the easiest implementation for the user • Quality control; testing, performance improvement • Assist during incidents; help de-bug problems • You’ll be expected to ship, learn, and iterate fast rather than wait for everything to be perfect.

🎯 Requirements

• Near-native English is required. • 3+ years in a Frontend (TS/React) Developer role • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • A good, reliable internet connection is a must. • A deep understanding of React and Typescript and best practices when it comes to application development. • Comfort working in a large, existing codebase and improving it over time. • A strong desire to improve our customers' lives and fix bugs, both proactively and reactively. • A mindset of ownership - you don’t just close tickets, you improve the system. • The ability to make technical tradeoffs and explain them clearly.
