📋 Description

• Contribute to defining, implementing, and continuously improving the cybersecurity governance framework, including policies, procedures, and controls aligned with international standards and regulatory requirements • Support Business Continuity Management and IT Disaster Recovery activities, including Business Impact Analyses, critical asset dependency mapping, RTO/RPO definition and maintenance, and continuity/DR tests and exercises • Perform security audits, gap analyses, and cyber risk assessments; identify remediation actions and support execution with stakeholders • Use Artificial Intelligence tools to automate and streamline governance, risk, and assurance activities while aligning with security, compliance, and responsible AI principles • Participate in third-party and resilience assessments and security assessments of emerging technologies, including AI solutions • Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives, training programs, and security-related onboarding activities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, or security assurance roles, preferably in regulated and technology-driven environments • Familiarity with Business Continuity Management and IT Disaster Recovery concepts, including BIA, critical asset dependency mapping, RTO/RPO definition, and DR tests or exercises • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence technologies and associated governance, risk, compliance, and security considerations, including assessment and oversight of AI-enabled systems • Proven knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST CSF • Knowledge of regulatory landscapes including GDPR and DORA • Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and support analysis, documentation, and decision-making • Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO/IEC-27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, or ISO 22301 are nice-to-have • Exposure to Business Continuity Management and recovery planning is nice-to-have • Experience supporting regulatory compliance for DORA is nice-to-have
