📋 Description

• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the cybersecurity governance framework, including policies, procedures, and controls aligned with international standards and regulatory requirements • Support Business Continuity Management and IT Disaster Recovery activities • Contribute to Business Impact Analyses, critical asset dependency mapping, and maintenance of Recovery Time and Recovery Point Objectives • Participate in business continuity and IT Disaster Recovery tests and exercises, including tabletop simulations • Perform security audits, gap analyses, and cyber risk assessments • Identify remediation actions and support their execution with relevant stakeholders • Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to automate and streamline governance, risk, and assurance activities while ensuring security, compliance, and responsible AI alignment • Participate in third-party and resilience assessments • Conduct security assessments of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence solutions • Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives, training programs, and security-related onboarding activities • Join Prima’s Security Team within the Engineering Department, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable solutions for motor insurance

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, or security assurance roles, preferably in regulated and technology-driven environments • Familiarity with Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) concepts, including participation in Business Impact Analyses (BIA), critical asset dependency mapping, definition of RTOs and RPOs and Disaster Recovery tests or exercises • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and associated governance, risk, compliance, and security considerations, including assessment and oversight of AI-enabled systems • Proven knowledge of major cybersecurity frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST CSF • Knowledge of regulatory landscapes including GDPR and DORA • Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and support analysis, documentation, and decision-making • Strong English communication skills • Nice-to-have: certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO/IEC-27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, or ISO 22301 • Nice-to-have: exposure to Business Continuity Management and recovery planning • Nice-to-have: experience supporting regulatory compliance for new digital operational resilience standards, such as DORA
