📋 Description

• Provide support for customers via chat and email • Resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions • Collaborate with team members to improve processes • Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support • Native-level proficiency in Turkish • Preferably experienced in sales and customer relationship management • Strong focus on solving customer issues • Knowledge of pre- and post-sales processes • Able to work in shifts (8 hours per day, 5 days a week) within our 24/7 live support line • Minimum high school graduate (for male candidates, military service must be completed) • Excellent written communication and persuasion skills • Motivated to build a career in customer support and eager to grow • Open to learning and continuous development • Dynamic, determined, and enjoys communication • Strong work discipline • Proficient in MS Office programs
