📋 Description

• Build internal tools, pipelines, and APIs supporting analytics, product features, and machine learning applications • Design clean systems that move and transform data at scale • Build reliable, tested, and maintainable data engineering systems • Collaborate with product and engineering teams • Make the data infrastructure seamless, efficient, and easy to use • Work with batch and streaming processing, including CDC pipelines • Contribute to infrastructure, data systems, observability, CI/CD, automated testing, and containerisation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code reviews, and clean abstractions • Proficient in Python and SQL • Comfortable working across infrastructure and data systems • Experience building and maintaining batch and/or streaming data pipelines • Familiarity with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake • Familiarity with transformation tools such as dbt • Comfortable navigating AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform ecosystems • Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication • Detail-oriented and collaborative • Eager to learn and share • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
