Their multidisciplinary staff deliver MEP, structural, civil, telecommunications, energy, sustainability, lighting, fire/life‑safety, power delivery, substation and distribution, project and construction management, and related consulting services for public- and private-sector clients.

📋 Description

• Responsible for designing and reviewing specific project components, including airport and airfield design, grading, drainage, pavement, roadway design, stormwater management and detention, and utilities, using standard engineering practices and techniques • Oversees and reviews work performed by others in the preparation of project deliverables, including reports, contract plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications • Develops project scopes, budgets, and schedules • Manages projects to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards • Manages staff and subconsultants assigned to projects • Monitors team members’ adherence to Primera procedures and policies • Mentors and trains project staff members • Performs project-specific assignments as required • Manages client relationships by meeting with clients, regulators, and agencies to develop strong professional partnerships • Collaborates with the Department/Group Manager to market Primera’s services to existing and potential clients • Assists in the development of new business through client meetings and participation in promotional activities • Prepares project invoices and progress reports in accordance with client requirements • Develops marketing materials and proposals, including RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department/Group Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering or a related field required • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience • Professional Engineer (PE) license required • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation • Knowledge of Civil 3D or GEOPAK preferred • Strong research, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities • Knowledge of aviation industry standards, codes, and practices
