📋 Description

• Represent broad expertise in AI and Machine learning solutions to deliver on Prime’s strategic priorities • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI solutions to drive significant business impact • Influence senior leadership in the organization on the direction and use of AI practices to drive efficiency and data driven decisions • Broaden overall awareness and understanding of AI capabilities and processes across the organization • Lead development for AI systems, may provide work direction to others on the team to align development efforts and priorities of subsystems • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required • 7 years of extensive technical experience in variety of application development, software development, machine learning or analytics • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship • Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills • Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment • Proficient in SQL language and ability to design and create denormalized SQL data structures in a SQL Server environment • Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team • Understanding of product/process engineering in a healthcare environment • Understanding of security implications of domain.
