• Support the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of the NetSuite ERP platform • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map workflows, and design ERP solutions • Support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of CRM-related NetSuite functionality • Design and maintain custom roles, workflows, records, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports. • Maintain and support integrations with third-party systems including FiveTran, SquareWorks, DocuSign, FloQast, and CloudExtend • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite. • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with ERP platforms • Skilled in integrating third-party platforms, APIs, and ETL Pipelines • Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Ability to deliver end-user training and enablement effectively • SuiteScript, JavaScript, or general programming experience preferred
