📋 Description

• Optimize CRM systems and standardize sales processes • Develop KPI frameworks, forecasting models, and performance dashboards • Analyze sales data to identify trends and deliver strategic recommendations • Build holistic enablement strategies across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams • Lead the full tender process from qualification to contract closure • Manage the Inside Sales team for inbound and outbound activities • Own the commercial order acceptance and entry process

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in B2B commercial roles • At least 5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Excellence in a leadership role • Deep CRM expertise – HubSpot strongly preferred • Proven track record implementing structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or equivalent) • ERP order management experience – Microsoft Dynamics (Navision / Business Central) is a significant advantage • Business-fluent German and English; French is a meaningful advantage
