• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts. • Develop variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, providing commentary. • Produce cash flow statements and KPI dashboards tailored to client needs. • Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts. • Monitor performance against budget, identifying trends and risks. • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure completeness of accruals/prepayments. • Work directly with client leadership teams to present and explain financial results. • Use accounting/ERP systems to streamline reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) preferred • 2–3 years’ experience in management accounting or FP&A. • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards • Experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, Oracle). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing clients and teams. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
