📋 Description
• Provides analysis of workflow and recommends solutions to meet department needs • Translates department requirements into business functional requirements • Assists with design, development, system configuration, implementation, and support of assigned Epic applications • Responsible for planning, training, and evaluation of application functionality • Collects information regarding potential system enhancements and needs • Develops and documents project team procedures for implementing system changes • Participates in training development and delivery to end users • Maintains regular communication with Epic representatives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information services, health administration, business administration, health sciences or related field of study • Two (2) years of Epic or integrated EMR experience • Epic Module Certification as required by the position • CPHIMS preferred
