📋 Description

• Serve as an Interim Product Manager for clients at various stages of the product lifecycle • Build MVPs and launch products • Salvage stalled initiatives • Help scale-ups meet quarterly KPIs • Steer product pivots • Set up new product departments or capabilities • Make product and business decisions affecting clients • Oversee delivery and discovery processes for several initiatives simultaneously • Collaborate with Product, Program, and Project Managers as needed • Partner with stakeholders and manage high-pressure situations • Align stakeholders on solutions that support product and business needs • Propose and own initiatives that strengthen Product Impact, improve delivery speed, and support long-term profitability and growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on a tech product, ideally in a start-up environment • Focus on user experience and a strong understanding of business needs • Experience leading a cross-functional team with agile methods • Experience with web or mobile applications and front-end technologies • Ability to switch between analytical and creative thinking
