📋 Description
• Process automation and tool development by leading automation projects • Collaborate with AI, Product, and Solution Fast Track teams for AI-powered features • Conduct structured testing of tools and resolve technical issues • Monitor performance metrics and analyze onboarding data • Create and deliver training on Nova Tool features and best practices in automation
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Basic scripting mindset ('vibe coding') • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or willingness to learn quickly • Experience working with databases and ability to read/analyze data • Practical experience with JSON structures • Ability to work with APIs • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset • Fluency in Polish (C1+) and strong command of English (B2+) required
