📋 Description

• Own the entire outbound sales strategy for the region — including data collection, data enrichment, lead generation and outreach — working closely with the Regional Director and Sales Team. • Execute coordinated outbound campaigns aligned with sales and marketing initiatives such as events, product launches, and roadshows. • Enrich and validate data using tools like Clay, Lusha, Prospeo, Octoparse etc. to build accurate, high-quality contact lists and identify key decision-makers for the region. • Run A/B testing to continuously optimise outreach and messaging while taking into account cultural and regional aspects. • Collaborate with marketing on targeted outbound activities and campaign execution. • Track, measure, and report campaign performance, analysing results against KPIs to improve effectiveness. • Consistently deliver qualified meetings, achieving the monthly meetings target — the core KPI for this role.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven outbound sales experience in hotel technology, consistently exceeding KPIs (especially meeting-based targets). • Hands-on experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Lusha, Prospeo, Octoparse, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Fluent English, written and spoken. • Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time-management skills. • Highly creative, proactive, and resourceful — able to think independently and solve problems without waiting for instruction. • Confident communicator with a self-starter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and make calls. • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot. • An eagerness to learn, adopt, and work with AI-enhanced solutions.
