📋 Description

• Work remotely while feeling a true sense of belonging • Collaborate with colleagues to support pupils • Reduce surplus admin to maximize focus on pupils' education • Participate in professional development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Academic Background: Business Administration or relevant qualification (desirable) • Qualifications: English and Maths level 2 / GCSE grade 4 or higher • Experience: Effective administrative and organisational skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages • Experience in an education, alternative provision or SEND context (desirable) • Teaching Subjects: English, Maths, and Science Proficiency, a minimum of grade 4/C or higher • Knowledge: Knowledge of equality of opportunity, safeguarding, child protection and inclusion issues • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for solving problems and making effective decisions • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with a diverse audience • Promotion of Values: Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values • Time Management: Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment
