📋 Description

• Conduct Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) on existing construction project schedules • Perform Monte Carlo simulations to assess programme uncertainty, critical path exposure and potential completion dates • Review schedule logic, dependencies, milestones and contingency requirements to identify key delivery risks • Present schedule confidence levels, risk drivers and practical mitigation recommendations to project stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Independent consultant • Demonstrable experience conducting QSRA on complex construction, infrastructure or engineering projects • Experience working with Primavera P6 schedules and recognised QSRA tools, such as Safran Risk or Primavera Risk Analysis • Data centre or other complex engineering construction project experience preferred
