âą Lead mobilisation, planning and delivery readiness activities âą Define and manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks and governance âą Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, platform teams, suppliers and technical SMEs âą Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery forums âą Drive decision-making and remove delivery blockers âą Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions and delivery priorities âą Support the transition from mobilisation into delivery execution
đŻ Requirements
âą Experienced Delivery Lead, Technical Delivery Manager or Agile Delivery Lead âą Strong background delivering complex technology, integration or platform change programmes âą Comfortable working with Business Owners, Platform Owners, Architects and Technical SMEs âą Able to bring structure, drive decisions, remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum âą Experience working in complex stakeholder environments with evolving priorities âą Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation, integration or platform programmes âą Azure integration or enterprise platform delivery experience âą Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum and Kanban) âą Experience managing RAID, governance, dependencies and stakeholder engagement âą Experience working closely with Architects, Platform Owners and business stakeholders âą Experience shaping delivery approaches, roadmaps and delivery plans âą Strong stakeholder management and communication skills âą Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with changing priorities
