📋 Description
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional growth opportunities for one or more Platform teams • Drive the strategic direction for our infrastructure and platform ensuring robust management of our services like Kubernetes (GKE) clusters • Own availability and embed SRE principles across the organization • Own the developer-facing platform — golden paths, self-service infrastructure, and internal tooling • Ensure our cloud environments remain secure and compliant with standards such as SOC2 and ISO-27001.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience leading teams in the infrastructure and SRE domains • Several years of deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Terragrunt, Crossplane) • Solid understanding of complex infrastructure and application architecture, observability principles, and incident management • Experience balancing the need for platform stability and reliability with the goal of increasing developer productivity and velocity • Fluency in translating complex technical solutions and their feasibility into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
