📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design for features in Proof’s business products • Wireframe, design, and prototype significant features in Figma • Lead cross-functional discussions with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders • Design compelling north star visions for team alignment • Address users’ pain points while balancing business goals • Lead UX research and customer calls • Contribute to, and lead, UX-specific initiatives • Partner with go-to-market teams for customer-facing assets • Set a strong example for the design team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design • Highly skilled in product design from initial discovery to final visual designs • Strong experience in designing complex B2B products • Experience building 0 → 1 products • Ability to balance UX complexities with intuitive UI design • Experience in designing for multiple user types within a single ecosystem • Comfortable pivoting quickly if business needs change • Understanding of the importance of accessibility in designs • Experience contributing to a design system • Strong storytelling skills
