âą Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales outreach. âą Be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing ProsperOps and its values. âą Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals. âą Engage in continuous learning about our products and the cloud FinOps market. âą Attend technology & market relevant conferences to spread the ProsperOps brand and initiate new customer relationships. âą Conducting targeted research to identify key prospects within our ICP. âą Generating prospecting lists of decision-makers in target accounts using Surfe. âą Booking outbound meetings through various outreach methods, including cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn and other platforms. âą Coordinating meetings or demos between potential clients and the sales team. âą Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of ProsperOps' products and services to effectively communicate their value. âą Qualifying leads based on specific criteria, such as total cloud spend and potential needs for cost optimization. âą Managing relationships with warm leads and delivering relevant marketing content to prospects. âą Collaboratively working with sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts. âą Tracking and managing prospect interactions and follow-ups within the HubSpot. âą Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. âą Providing feedback to the marketing team on lead generation quality and campaign effectiveness. âą Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic approaches. âą Contributing to the refinement of sales pitches and materials based on prospect interactions and outcomes. âą Actively listening to prospects during interactions to better understand their needs and tailor the sales approach. âą Demonstrating creativity in outreach methods, such as using video prospecting and LinkedIn voice notes.
âą Prior sales development experience, particularly in technology or cloud-based services selling to technical engineering or FinOps Leaders, is highly advantageous âą Industry knowledge of cloud computing and financial management, or a willingness to learn âą A foundational understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot) to efficiently track and manage customer interactions and sales processes âą Proficiency in phone communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills, crucial for engaging and building relationships with prospects âą Exceptional written and oral communication abilities, essential for effectively conveying the value of ProsperOps' solutions to potential clients âą Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage and interpret prospect data and sales opportunities âą A robust work ethic and the confidence to operate independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment âą Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain robust relationships with the sales teams, marketing teams, and other departments we work with cross functionally âą Aptitude for multitasking and prioritizing workload to optimize efficiency and meet sales targets âą Effective listening skills to understand and respond to prospect needs, ensuring a tailored and impactful sales approach âą Excellent organizational skills to manage various tasks and responsibilities in a structured and efficient manner âą A motivated and results-oriented mindset, driven to achieve and exceed sales goals and contribute to the company's success.
