📋 Description
• Protecht is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Consultant to lead the design and delivery of high-impact business intelligence solutions for our customers and internal teams. • This is a customer facing role ideal for a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. • You’ll work closely with customers, advisors, and implementation teams to deliver tailored dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and InetSoft. • You’ll also support pre-sales efforts, contribute to internal improvements, and mentor junior team members. • Design and deliver customer-centric dashboards and reports. • Translate business requirements into impactful analytics solutions. • Lead customer workshops and requirements-gathering sessions. • Support pre-sales activities with demos and technical input. • Deliver high-quality work packages on time and within budget. • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• 9+ years of experience in SQL-based data manipulation • 9+ years of experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, InetSoft) • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • Eligibility to work in North America (US citizen or permanent resident) • Experience in Risk Management or GRC domains (desirable) • Background in consulting or client advisory roles (desirable) • Familiarity with Protecht.ERM or similar platforms (desirable) • Exposure to Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages (desirable)
