• Play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our data science efforts, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align data science initiatives with business goals. • Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust data science solutions. • Execute the design and implementation of complex machine learning models. • Collaborate with different functional teams to deploy algorithms and develop processes and tools for monitoring model performance and data accuracy. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the data science team. • Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies, data sources and tools, and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in - Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field and 6 years of related work experience. • Must have expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling and machine learning. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R. • Strong understanding of life insurance industry or similar business domain. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
