📋 Description
• Building and managing a portfolio of client relationships • Originating and converting new business opportunities • Overseeing the successful delivery of engagements across the practice • Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted adviser to C-suite stakeholders • Working across a diverse client base in various sectors • Designing and overseeing delivery of engagements in Finance Transformation projects • Leading business development activity within the Finance Transformation practice • Developing and maintaining a strong professional network in the UK Finance Transformation market • Serving as the senior point of escalation for complex or commercially significant client issues • Taking active accountability for the development of Senior Managers and Managers
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in a Finance Transformation consulting environment • An existing and active network in the UK Finance Transformation or broader CFO advisory market • Proven ability to originate, develop, and close client opportunities independently • Deep technical knowledge across multiple finance process areas including P2P, O2C, R2R, and ideally FP&A • Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing consulting teams • A strong track record of developing and delivering proposals and bid materials • Experience managing the commercial performance of a portfolio of engagements • Exposure to AI in Finance projects is advantageous • ACA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
