📋 Description

• Take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle across multiple concurrent client engagements • Manage relationships at CFO and Finance Director level • Lead and develop a team of Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants • Own the full delivery of multiple concurrent Finance Transformation engagements • Serve as lead client relationship holder at CFO and Finance Director level • Oversee engagement governance including project plans, status reporting, risk and issue logs • Lead and review the design of target operating models and process improvement programmes • Review and quality-assure client deliverables including findings reports and proposals • Identify and articulate opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement • Lead workshops and senior client sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Change, or a closely related consulting environment • Deep working knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R • Proven experience managing senior client relationships at CFO or Finance Director level • Experience managing and developing teams in a consulting or client-facing environment • A demonstrable network in the UK Finance Transformation market • Experience owning commercial delivery of engagements including budget management, scope control, and financial reporting • A track record of identifying and implementing process improvements or technology solutions in a finance context • Exposure to ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) • Exposure to AI in Finance projects is advantageous • Excellent written communication and report writing skills • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Experience leading or contributing to proposals and bid responses
