📋 Description

• Protocol Behavioral Health provides cancer-specific behavioral health treatment embedded in oncology clinics via the Collaborative Care Model • Deliver evidence-based treatments (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.) to oncology patients via telehealth (video and phone) • Conduct structured assessments and develop modular treatment plans • Implement treatment modules and perform ongoing progress assessment • Maintain a patient registry aligned with Collaborative Care Model requirements • Participate in weekly consultation meetings with consulting psychiatrist • Communicate and collaborate with oncology teams and attend care coordination meetings • Maintain a patient caseload targeting 65% patient-facing time • Utilize between-session messaging, engage in supervision and training • Maintain and obtain state licensure as required (Protocol covers licensure costs)

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to provide mental health treatment from at least one US state • Will consider pre-licensed candidates for Pacific and Mountain time zones • Ability to work an Eastern Time schedule • Ability to support a caseload of patients with varied diagnoses, backgrounds, cultures, and acuity • Ability to deliver care in a virtual setting • Experience with patients with oncology and/or chronic/serious medical conditions • Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and/or trauma • Spanish or Mandarin proficiency a plus
