• Our client, a leader in the IT industry, is seeking a Change Manager to support the successful implementation of a new timekeeping system and other business transformation efforts. • This role involves planning and executing change management strategies, creating effective communication and training content, and helping teams adopt new processes and behaviors. • The ideal candidate brings a mix of operational experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of change management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar (certification preferred) • Strong understanding of change management principles, tools, and best practices • Experience supporting large-scale organizational changes, ideally involving enterprise systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong planning, organization, and facilitation abilities • Comfortable working across all levels of the organization and managing multiple stakeholders • Experience with project management methodologies and phases of the project lifecycle • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data/reporting tools • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
