📋 Description

• Act from macro-estimation/T-Shirt sizing through the end of Sprint 0/Grooming; • Ensure delivery of artifacts defined in the workflow; • Governance and catalog management; • Maintain architecture governance aligned with corporate guidelines; • Perform API discovery and keep the Asset Portal up to date; • Jira management and visibility; • Log and track activities in Jira; • Attach deliverables to the corresponding workflow stages; • Flag impediments so they are reflected on the Kanban and in metrics; • Participate, when necessary, in validations and war rooms to ensure delivery quality; • Collaborate on the project plan with the portfolio leader (PL); • Size requests, map assumptions, and contribute to technical definitions; • Create technical input information for factory development tickets (entry document for development); • Integration deliverables: macro-estimates, DATI, data mappings, OpenAPI/Swagger, infrastructure capacity documentation; • Understand the solution and produce the documentation necessary to enable development; • Support the business team during refinements and meetings.
