• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers and strategic contacts to support long-term business growth. • Maintain full commercial responsibility for an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue targets are met. • Proactively identify and track potential projects, positioning Prysmian as the preferred partner. • Lead and facilitate regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance, align on goals, and explore new opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams—including credit, quality, and engineering—to efficiently resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence. • Deliver product training sessions to customers and coordinate plant tours to enhance customer engagement and understanding. • Represent Prysmian at regional trade shows and industry events as required. • Partner with internal business units to identify cross-selling opportunities and expand the regional product offering. • Collect and share relevant market intelligence to inform and optimize commercial strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong overall computer literacy required. • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered as an alternative to formal education. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control (I&C) sales or a related technical sales role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
